Metrodata offers a range of products that are possible alternatives to the US based Quick Eagle Networks. As a UK manufacturer, Metrodata can offer a varied range of alternate products.

Metrodata is pleased to announce the forthcoming availability of an enhanced range of solutions for LAN Extension and Ethernet Service Delivery applications.
Today, Metrodata offers a range of solutions for Ethernet Services, including Media Conversion and LAN Extension over PDH/SDH WAN links in the form of single E1, E3/DS3 and STM1/OC3 connections.
From May 2010, Metrodata is rolling out a new range of Ethernet Service Delivery and LAN Extension products.
Specifically, products will be available for the following applications:
- Ethernet extension over a single T1 or E1 WAN link (framed or un-framed)
- Ethernet extension over multiple T1 or E1 WAN links, through 'bonding' or up to 8 links
- Ethernet extension over a single E3 or DS3 WAN link (framed or un-framed)
- Ethernet extension over 2 'bonded' E3 or DS3 WAN links
Each of these will be available both as stand-alone devices with AC or -48V DC Power Supply options and alternatively as cards for the MetroConnect MC12000 chassis.
